Bureau Veritas Marine & Offshore (BV) and Winning International Group reached a significant milestone in their long-standing partnership by celebrating their successful collaboration on 150 vessels. To celebrate this achievement, a BV delegation led by Drago Pinteric, the vice president of M&O in Southeast Asia, and members of the BV China and Singapore teams visited Winning International Group in Singapore. They discussed industry developments and future cooperation.
Sun Zhijun, the vice president of Winning International Group, and his team warmly welcomed the delegation. The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss market dynamics and the ongoing green transition of the shipping industry, while reaffirming both parties’ commitment to deeper collaboration.
During the visit, the teams held technical discussions on important industry topics. BV shared insights on the large bulk carrier market, fleet decarbonization performance, and compliance pathways, as well as its classification and value-added services.

As the International Maritime Organization (IMO) introduces increasingly stringent environmental regulations, shipowners must plan the green transition of their fleets and ensure long-term compliance through improved energy efficiency and the adoption of alternative fuels. BV supports partners across the vessel lifecycle, from newbuilding design to fleet operations, drawing on its global experience and technical expertise.
During the strategic dialogue, both parties reviewed their long-standing cooperation. Drago Pinteric expressed his appreciation for the continued trust and support of Winning International Group and discussed ways to strengthen their strategic partnership in response to evolving industry challenges.

The meeting concluded with representatives from both organizations exchanging commemorative gifts in a warm and friendly atmosphere. The visit to Singapore not only celebrated a key milestone in the BV-Winning partnership, but also reinforced their alignment on future strategic priorities
