Dexter Belmar, CEO and head of global LNG at Shell, announced the christening of the newest LNG bunkering barge, Energy Stockholm, on social media.
He added Energy Stockholm, Europe’s largest inland LNG bunkering vessel, completed its first loading operation at the terminal.Indicating Shell is well poised to support the bunkering needs of their customers’ growing fleet with its network of 12 bunker barges operating across 26 locations.

The vessel was built by Türkiye’s RMK Marine for owners Victrol and Sogestran. where the newbuild will work from Gate along the smaller bunkering barge, LNG London It is noteworty that.Shell also charters this 3,000-cbm vessel from LNG Shippingto operate out of the ports of Zeebrugge, Antwerp, Rotterdam and Amsterdam.
On the other hand the operation is perfectly timed to meet the expected rising demand in LNG bunkering,
