The Mediterranean Shipping Company (MSC) has announced the launch of a new service for the maritime transport of container vessels in Europe, the Red Sea, and the Middle East – Red Sea – Middle East Express. This initiative has been introduced in response to the mounting demand for collaborative endeavours between Europe and the Red Sea, as well as the challenging circumstances in the Middle East. This information was conveyed through a formal communication. It also calls at the Italian port hub of Gioia Tauro.
The service will call at strategic ports in Europe, directly connecting to King Abdullah Port, Jeddah, Aqaba, and with connections to POD in the Gulf (UAE and Upper Gulf) through our multimodal service. It is designed to provide reliable, efficient, and competitive shipping options, with improved transit times to suit all kinds of cargo.
